I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Pratunam market area and very convenient for shopping. On the other hand, the service was quite disappointing, with rude staff and unhelpful attitudes. The room itself was not clean and the bathroom left much to be desired. Overall, I think it could be a great place if they worked on cleanliness and customer service.
